Duties And Responsibilities

* To assist facilities managers in-country to manage facilities, estate, office vehicles, and procurement as defined in the Regional and Country Delivery Plans in all key sectors of the British Council programme.
* To manage all aspects of revenue receipts and banking services for the office.
* To assist with effective facilities management planning, budget management and business risk requirements to ensure expenditure and other targets are achieved effectively.
* To provide effective support for staff managed, in line with British Council brand and values.
* To lead staff in pro-active and effectuve manner.

We seek experienced Technical Store Officers to join our Engineering team. Technical Store Officers will be responsible for the maintenance of the Engineering Stores and the spare parts kept in the stores
Responsibilities include
To receive and confirm certificates of all incoming parts
To issues parts to aircraft with all documentation
To control environmental conditions in bonded stores
To issue, receive and control all tools in the store
Requirements are:
Possess a minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification
Possess a minimum of 2 years aviation experience as a Technical Store Officer
Have undergone relevant Technical Store Training from a reputable institution approved by the NCAA
Be physically and mentally fit
Have excellent level of spoken and written English
Be computer literate
